Q: Apple Music Subscription Sharing

I purchased a Family Subscription service of Apple Music, but my family members can not access the service. Does anyone have any knowledge of how to fix this issue?

Okay.  Here's what I got after spending about an hour with chat support.  Here is the procedure.

    1. Setup family sharing

    2. Add family members to Family Sharing

    3. Create a Family Plan in Apple Music with the Family Sharing Organizer Account

    4. Have each family member open Apple Music App and sign-up for an Family Plan. You should get a message box that says something like a member of the family already purchased.  Still click BUY.

    5. Click on the profile icon in the upper left. Choose View Apple ID and make sure you don't auto renew.

    6. You should see Family Sharing under you Apple ID on the Accounts Setting page.

I was told that ONLY the Family Sharing Organizer will get charged.  So, that account need auto renew on.  But the others I turned off just in case.
