Applying/changing names to websites added to home screen?

How can I change the name of a website I have added to my home screen?

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.4

You are presented with the option of setting the icon name when you initially save the website to the Home Screen. Once you have done it, the icon's name is fixed. Just do it again, and set the name from the start.

Thank you for your time and attention and my apologies! I did in fact FINALLY decide it might be beneficial to check out the "Add" box, realised how it was done, and ... VOILA! Please forgive this 75 yr. old still somewhat computer-challenged soul, 25 years after getting my first laptop!!
