Not Able To Add Songs to iPhone/iPad

Assuming Apple will fix this, but now that I am using the new apple streaming service, I cannot add songs from my iTunes to my iPhone or iPad when they are plugged in. I also can't delete songs from my iPad and iPhone once plugged in.

If I turn off "iCloud Music Library" in settings, it will allow this, but obviously that is not ideal since you want to synch between your iPhone and iTunes with the new streaming service (ie: I add a song from streaming to "my music" on my phone and it pops up on my iTunes too).

Although, no matter what I have checked, I am unable to add music downloaded from the streaming service on iTunes to my iPhone.

Tons of hiccups.
