APPLE MUSIC: NO "Make available offline" button/Cant save to Playlist

Hi,

Loving Apple Music. I will definitely buy it once my trial is up. Except, right now, I have two inexplicable glitches happening.

1. There is NO "Make available offline" option on the (...) button on any song - it just simply doesn't exist for me.
2. Any time I try to save a song to a playlist, it says it worked (gives a little check mark on the screen) but then I go to the playlist and it's just empty.

Can anyone help? I'm using an iPhone 6 plus (with plenty of available memory).

1. You have to add the Song to my "My Music" first. Then Tap "Recently Added". And from there you can click again on the ... , there should be the "Make Available Offline" Button

2. In the "My Music" tab, tap Library. Then tap any of the different views (Artists, Albums, etc.), and enable/disable "Music Available Offline". They should appear if you turn it off.

Hi - Thank you so much! This worked! Except, in case anyone else is having this problem, let me just clarify: you need to do RobinS's instructions BACKWARDS (step 2 first). I kept the "Music available offline" option to ON because this seems logical to me as the way to enable that button and the ability to save to playlists, but RobinS said to turn it OFF so I tried that and it works?! Weird. Thank you!
