Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
so updated to 8.4 and then subscribed to the new music service, however my app seems to be missing the icons to allow me to browse for music..
any one able to help?

Click the magnifying glass to search for any music you want.
yeah been doing that, but if you look at screen shots on apple, there should be a "for you", icon and at least a "new" icon,I like to browse music and see whats about ....
Have you tried closing the app and restarting your iPhone?
lol, I work for a telecoms company and sell Iphones, this is what I tell my customers...😁
Did you subscribe to Apple Music? I think those options only show up when you have a subscription.
I'm out of suggestions then unless you want to try a Reset and Restore to see if the For You shows up.

They stated in the original post that they subscribed.
My bad, I read the original post too fast. Go into settings => Music and turn on Show Apple Music. This will display the For You and New icons in the tool bar.
