How can I setup family sharing using one mac for more than 3 persons

I want to have family sharing for 6 persons. As I'm trying to setup the 4th person, iCloud states that I've reached "the maximum number of accounts" and refuses to open. But I only have my mac to setup all the 6 accounts. How can I possibly resolve this? Each persons have their own account on the mac.

Thanks!
