I was asked to accept new terms and conditions in order to download apps, but when I click OK nothing appeared and after a while it says "request timeout"

I was trying to download an app that I have already purchased and a window popped up asking me to accept the new terms and conditions. Once I clicked OK, a blank window popped up and after a while it said "request timeout".

I have two phones using the same account. I tried both, same results. Neither was I able to purchase a new app.

Please advise.

iPhone 5c, iOS 7.0.1

Try again, and first scroll to the end of the T&Cs window and accept in there, then outside that window if it still shows an OK button. One of the windows that popped up for me yesterday also had a tiny checkbox that had to be checked that said I had read the T&Cs.

Sorry I didn't make it clear. The T&C didn't even appear and it was a blank page with no button. When I said I clicked OK it was the OK on the alert not under T&C.

Did you try the download again to see if it now offers the T&C page correctly? Others have been having problems with it, also. Made me jump through a couple hoops yesterday to get it to work right. I was too stubborn to let it defeat me 😉
