gamecenter login recovery

Hello I have a profile name of waterwalker1979. I cannot log into the game center account this is affiliated with because we had to change email accounts and somehow I lost that password. Furthermore I believe the old email account was it4ever@t-online but I am not absolutely sure....it was some time ago.

Is there someway you can help me recover that game center login so I do not lose access the Clash of Clans game account I have built up.
