iTunes 12.2 requires Windows 7 or later. Legacy editions of Windows (XP and Vista) are no longer supported.

Windows Vista is no longer supported by the newer versions of iTunes.
You'll need to update your Windows installation to either Windows 7, 8 or 10 if your computer can support it to get the newest versions of iTunes.
You can't get 12.2 or later but you can still get iTunes.
