Q: When recording video on iPhone 6 I get no sound.

When I record video woth my iPhone 6 there is no sound (only a muffled sound) but when I use voice memos or front facing camera it works fine. I have tried using a pin to clean and most others solutions. Please help. PS: I have only had the iPhone for about 2 months.
