multiple issues after upgrading to iOS 8.4

After updating my software to 8.4 my phone will not connect to any bluetooth source. Even after un pairing each device and trying to reconnect the iPhone refuses to see any bluetooth device. The bigger issue is that my phone will not play more than one song with out crashing on a full battery, then when I try to turn it back on it says my battery is dead and will not turn on unless I plug it up to a charger. I tried resetting the phone and re installing the iOS.

Apple support over the phone is useless they just keep telling me to reset the device which I have already done several times. My beats headphones work fine and this only started after the update last night. And my phone is still reseting every time I play a song in the music app.
