Will dual booting Mac OS X and Windows 7/8 then upgrading to windows 10, when the download becomes available, will interfere with the startup/boot settings and therefore not allow me to use OS X?

If W7/8 does not currently interfere, W10 should not interfere either.
Thanks for replying although my concern does not pertain to whether or not win10 will work but rather will upgrading to win10 from within win7/8 (hence not using boot camp) cause the startup/boot settings to be overwritten by win10 hence OS X can't be used. Will this occur?
There are no changes if you upgrade to W10. Do not resize or repartition any partitions on disk.
