Hello I backed up my ipod to icloud and when I used my backup to set my ipod up, my apps don't have their data? Like I had a vault app and my pictures aren't even in there?
but my homescreen says "restoring from icloud backup" so does that mean my data will download eventually?
Yes, restoring everything from an iCloud backup can take hours and hours.
so my vault pictures will be here when restore is FULLY done?
the restore is done but my vault pictures arent even there? plus im missing so many apps..
Are the missing apps currently available from the App Store? If not then the apps and their data can't be restored.

You can try restoring from iCloud again.
Also, were all the apps purchased with the one Apple ID? If not then ones purchased with another ID will not restore.
The apps that didn't download don't really matter because I can always redownload them, but I'm worried about one app. It's called iVault and it downloaded with the restore but none of my pictures are in it.
Contact the app developer. Maybe data for that app is not in the backup
