Q: apple music problem

I cant even see how to be member for apple music in my music app.I upgraded to ios 8.4 .I see on the bottom "my musics" and "lists".On the upper left I see a "head" which is related to apple id but when I enter this I cant see anything even I log in my apple id.To summarize I dont see " apple music".what should I do to be member of apple music

Do you have any guidance for those of us who would like to store all of our music locally with Apple Music? I lost all my playlists and non-purchased music when I updated my iPad Air to 8.4.
