icloud button is not showing within music settings, this has only hapend since upgrading to 8.4

I have just upgraded my iphone 6 to 8.4 (I wish did not,) now i can not see any of my music in my icloud. Thinking it was some issue within my settings, so went into music settings and the button is not there. Looked online and seen people are having issues with icloud since 8.4. but they show screen shots of and setting and the button was there. Can anyone help?
