Genre Selection in "New" of iTunes 12.2 Not Working

So I'm in iTunes 12.2 and I click to the "New" tab. I then go to the Genres drop down box, which is shaded a light blue. I click on it and go to one of the listed Genres. Nothing happens. I try another Genre. Again, nothing happens.

On my iPhone, I am able to go to New, Genres, and click on one of the Genres listed and can find songs and playlists for that Genre.

Anyone have any clues or ideas why this isn't working in iTunes 12.2 on my PC?

I also have this problem, Genre selections make no difference to the visible layout...

The 'NEW' section of iTunes 12.2 seems only to be updated at Apple's leisure, genre's aren't working.

Furthermore, Radio selections aren't playing, cannot play Beats 1 not Charting Now or any other radio....
Hopefully this will be fixed too, properly...

luckily we have the 3 month free trial period,

but it shouldn't be a Research and Development phase for new customers to report glitches and resolve Apple's own faults and issues.

Yeah and it ***** that all these problems are eating into the free trial. I didn't think it was called the free trial and error period!!

Same issue here on the PC version. Hoping there is a fix other than a re-install.

Works fine on the Macs we have here.

Having the same issue. I have only gotten it to switch once clicking several times.

I just opened iTunes and went to the New section. I then clicked on the Genre I wanted and lo and behold, it switched over immediately. Looks like they fixed the issue of having to click on the genre twice.
