Can't sync my songs (even iCloud-sync is deactivated)

Hello everyone.

I have a strange little problem with the new iTunes (12.2.0.145). I have deactivated the iTunes syncing via iCloud (I only want to sync my music via USB) but I can't choose which song I want to sync. Playlists are not shown (but they still exist). This is how the music-tab in iTunes looks right now:

So obviously... iTunes still thinks that iCloud-syncing is turned on (which is NOT the case):

Any ideas how I can convince itunes to resume local syncing via USB?

Maybe turn off iCloud music library also on iPhone or whatever you are usin. I am also interested in this topi because still want add music in iTunes not only from Apple music
