Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see where you have changed your password and are having issues with logging in. Without further clarification, I am assuming you changed the password for your Apple ID, if that is the case, you might want to take a look at this article providing other things you might need to change and/or update after changing your Apple ID password.

2- if you can , Backup your data and install a fresh copy and it will work .
it happens a lot in egypt with many friends
