Q: My iPhone 5s keeps telling me my password is incorrect?

Why does my iPhone 5s keep telling me my password is incorrect. I just changed it (because I believed my phone and thought I had forgotten it) and it STILL doesn't work! I KNOW it's right because I logged into my account on line with the same password.

iPad 2, iOS 4.3.1

Hello amy,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
I see where you have changed your password and are having issues with logging in. Without further clarification, I am assuming you changed the password for your Apple ID, if that is the case, you might want to take a look at this article providing other things you might need to change and/or update after changing your Apple ID password.

1- make sure that you can log in to your apple id from your Personal computer or Itunes in your MAC or pc ,
2- if you can , Backup your data and install a fresh copy and it will work .
it happens a lot in egypt with many friends
