printing problems after 6-18-15 update
Network printer won't work for our Macbooks after 6-18-15 HP Update. Error message says "Unable to open the printer - read failure" then printing is paused. Have tried many corrections up to and including resetting the printing system on both of our laptops.
MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2012), OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
