HOW can i turn ON wifi on a Disabled iPad ?? i forgot the lock code of my iPad and now it has been Locked !!!!!

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 8.3

I forgot my iPad lock password....after several trial its been Disabled.......I am unable to restore my iPad through recovery mode since FIND MY iPad Option is ON. Also i am unable to Erase all the content through the Find My ipad option because i cant turn ON the wifi to make the iPad online.......Please help....
