I need to change the region of my iTunes account and it won't let me. I have disabled auto-renewal.

Because you're in the trial period, there is no way to cancel the subscription. However, if you turn off the automatic renewal, it will stop your access to Apple Music as soon as your trial period is over.
So I have to wait 3 months just to change the region of my account? That seems stupid.
This 'Apple Music' is so crap!! I cant see songs that i have downloaded on to my computer. Therefore every time on my i have to search for the song. That is a waste of time!! 3 Months so CRAP!!
Apple intends that user keeps this membership regardless of user's mind.

GO to Settings, Music, and then switch off "Show Apple Music"
