12.2 - Managing Radio Stations & Stations by Genre

Ugh, this is a mess...

1) Did they get rid of creating a station by genre?

2) How do you manage stations? We used to be able to delete them and move them around. Now it looks like the only way to manage them is to play them which influences their order in Radio -> Recently Played.
