i have old Pc vista 32 bit ?

is there any way to get this update ?
Upgrade your computer to Windows 7 or later.
i'm looking for windows 7 home i couldn't find it..
Although Microsoft no longer sells Windows 7 to consumers, there are plenty of resellers still offering it via Amazon, etc. You could always wait until July 29 and upgrade to Windows 10 for free, assuming your computer is able to do so.
