Is it possible to adjust the skip forward/backward button times?

The skip forwards/backwards buttons are both 15 seconds. For the podcasts I listen to, skipping backwards by 30 seconds and forwards by 2 minutes would be much more useful. Is it possible to change the skip durations, or use Siri to skip by dictated time amount?
