Nothing to do with Mackeeper is what I would call legit. Do not download it.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge will reply shortly to help you deal with the getting rid of that message, but in the meantime do not download Mackeeper.

That message is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not download or install anything.

To get rid of that message, close Safari and re-open it with the shift key held down until the window appears. Then restart your Mac.
