iOS 8.4 update on iPod Touch failed

My attempt to update my iPod Touch 5th generation end with "An unknown error occurred (3014)" and the iPod is stuck in recovery mode and I'm unable to do an update or restore. I have tried using my desktop and my laptop. Any suggestions?
