How do I delete a shared album on Photos?

I have an shared album on Photos called "Family." I don't recall creating this album, and the photos on it aren't necessarily of just family. I deleted the photos that were in the album, then tried to delete the album, but it doesn't seem to want to go.

Also, I have two shared albums titled "Mammoth" - how can I combined these?
