my I phone 5 won't turn on
Phone was in my pocket. Took it out and it was dead. Battery was charged. Charging won't work now. Not wet - phone less than 6 months old

hi I had the same issue last night after upgrading to 8.4. I have a 6+ it is only a few months old. It simply died on my hand with 99% battery on it. it would not turn on at all for hrs. I tried pushing all buttons together etc.. so I plugged into my computer and kept pushing the home button for as long as I can remember, like 20 secs. it came back thank god. try this, it may work. need to be plugged on the pc/mac via usb. cheers
