Hi I can't update my iPhone 4s 7.1.2 ISO it just says it is up to date even when attached to iTunes on my PC or when wireless. Can you help

This would indicate that you have an iPhone 4, not a 4S.
Wasn't sure how to check the type of phone. Does that mean I can't update the ISO then?
If you have an iPhone 4, you cannot update past iOS 7.1.2
If you have an iPhone 4s, you can update to iOS 8.4 (the current iOS version)
