anyone have any idea
1) When you see your Mac at its worst, note the time: Hour Minute second. Use console.app to read out the "all Messages" log, and cut and paste up to a pageful (no more, please) of text, not a screenshot. readers here (who are other Users like you) will look for clues. ---OR---
2) run a Utility that collects a bunch of data about how your Mac is being used right now. Etrecheck is such a Utility.
