Can't connect to iCloud family share information not available
All of a sudden today, my son's iPad started giving an error message on his apps. We share apps via family share. We hadn't changed anything. Then, we couldn't sign in to ICloud. Error message was: there was an error connecting to the cloud. Our passwords were not recognized either. Now our family share plan says: family share info unavailable. What is going on? How do we resolve? Is this glitch happening with anyone else?
