I accidentally sent a wave of water from the hot tub over my phone. It is still working, but the battery doesn't seem to want to fully charge any more. I have only had my phone for two months. Is there any way to replace the battery?

It is unlikely that the battery was the only thing damaged. Make an appointment at the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. They'll give you your options.
