When I go to the iTunes Store, the album is fully purchased but i
just can't download some songs... I have already synchronized my iPhone with the iTunes in my computer, where the album also is, but the songs still don't appear in my iPhone.

Do they show in the Purchased tab in its iTunes store app for downloading, and if not you haven't got Settings > General > Restrictions on your phone set to restrict explicit content (those tracks have the 'E' against them) ?
