iTunes Match Missing - STORE Missing in Menu Bar

With all these updates my Store - Turn on iTunes Match is missing.

When I purchased song it downloads it to my computer. Then I delete the songs and they are replaced with iTunes cloud songs.

None of this is available anymore.

HELP!
