iTunes will not let me download 12.2 because I am on Windows Vista. Any fix?

So right now I am on 12.1.2 and I an trying to update to 12.2.


So I go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and press "Download Now"


Then I wait for the setup to complete downloading. Once it finished I press it and get this error

I am on Windows Vista, how can I install iTunes 12.2?
