I can't get my stills to stop panning in iMovie. Is there anyway to do this?

I want to stop the panning of my still pics that I have in my iMovie. I want them to show up as just a slide show so that you can see the whole pic at once, not this scrolling stuff.

iMovie 10, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Select the project thumbnail (with the chevrons above) then click on Settings top right above the viewer. Top left above the viewer there will be "Photos placement" Change from 'Ken Burns' to 'Fit' or 'Crop to fill'.
