Deleting songs in iTunes 12.2?

Deleting songs in iTunes 12.2?

In the previous version of iTunes, when I wanted to delete a song from iTunes AND from my music library, I just hit the delete key. That prompted iTunes to ask me if I wanted to keep or delete the song, and if I said delete, it trashed it for me.

Since updating to 12.2, hitting the delete key instantly removes the song from iTunes, but it stays in my music library, and if I search for it on the Macbook, it shows back up in iTunes.

If I manually delete by right-clicking it works, but I edit my library A LOT, and that's annoying. Can anyone help?

Edited to add: the right click doesn't work anymore. The only way to remove something from my music library is to seek it out the file in the library and delete it, which STILL doesn't remove it from iTunes. APPLE. WHAT ARE YOU DOING.
