GB Downloading prompt will not disappear

Downloaded the latest update for GB 10.

I do notice new loops etc but it stopped 3/4 of the way and remained the same for 24 hours.

I rebooted my iMac , now the download is right in my face YET the download bar is empty and I cannot seem to rid myself of the prompt.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
