Battery or camera problem.

Apple iphone 4s, 32 GB memory, duel-core processor and ios 8.3

My phone is auto switched off when opening the camera on 50% to 20% of battery level. After it can not be switched on without connecting to the charger. Can you help me to fix this matter???
