    If you want some help looking into that, please post a kernel panic log. The text can be retrieved using this article. Please do not post other kinds of crashes other than kernel panics, and cut and paste the Text (available after a restart) not a screen shot.

    If you go to System Report>Memory does it list all the memory as OK?

    Yes, in system reports all memory is listed as OK.

    That report is STATIC (not refreshed automatically). But it can help you identify the suspect modules, if you wish. First, decide whether you were considering increasing your memory to 8GB or more. If so, you can just chuck out the lot of your existing modules.

     

    Otherwise, keep invoking or refreshing that display half-hourly or more often as you go about your regular work. One of those times you will get a display that shows Correctable errors are occuring on some modules, like this:

    Those are the modules that will soon cause a double-bit, uncorrectable error, and halt your Mac on a kernel panic.
