Upgraded 12.2.0145 No Music or Playlists

Upgraded iTunes to 12.2.0.145 ... Music not in iTunes and no playlists; music replaced with add folder but still NO playlists; is there anyway to replace previous playlists that are on my iPhone and iPad other wise it will take hours to recreate playlists in iTunes...
