Sleep mode does not work on my MacPro3.1 with OS X 10.10.3.

Sleep mode does not work on my MacPro3.1 with OS X 10.10.3. The Monitors go black, but the machine it self and all the periphery (USB Hub, SSD Drives, 3D Connexion device, etc) is still working for ever. I set it to go to sleep after 15 min, but it´s not working.

Mac Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

Test after each of the following steps that you haven’t already tried:

Step 1

Take all the applicable steps suggested in this support article. That's the starting point for any further effort to solve the problem. Skipping any of those steps may mean that the problem won't be solved.

Note that, as stated in the article, the computer will not sleep if some sharing services are enabled. From the menu bar, select

 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Sharing

Turn off all sharing services.

Step 2

Select

 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Accessibility ▹ Speakable Items: Off

Step 3

Select

 ▹ System Preferences... ▹ Bluetooth ▹ Advanced...

and uncheck both boxes marked

Open Bluetooth Setup Assistant at startup if...

Step 4

In the Printers & Scanners preference pane, delete any duplicate printers.

Thank you very much indeed Sir!

It is now working.

However, I think I have to investigate it a little bit further since it did´t worked offline on the first try. I had the impression that there was some program tying to do it´s thing but needed an internet connexion for it. I´m afraid I have some kind of malware on my system.

What is the best way to search for malware (trojan, virus, etc) on a Mac?

Is there a way to let Apple search for it?

Thanks again and thanks in advance :-)
