After 8.4 update iphone 6 screen no longer rotates.
Bought new iPhone 6 on same day as 8.4 release. Upgraded to 8.4 that night. Phone screen will no longer rotate. Confirmed that portrait orientation lock is off and have restarted multiple times.
Turn off Display Zoom to rotate the Home screen.
