I can find settings-icloud-but no backup to be able to backup my iphone

Hello,

I have an iphone 5. I need to backup the phone to icloud. I can find settings-icloud drive -but no backup? Where is it???? Also how to I retrieve pictures from icloud once they are downloaded?
