I'm using Windows 7, getting error message saying video playback not supported on this computer. how can i fix this?

Downloaded a TV show in ITunes, Trying to play it and I get the error message "Video Playback is not supported on this computer". I have Quicktime but it won't play in that either. How can I fix this?
