When using restrictions, can I allow one app that is outside a given restriction?

Specifically I want to restrict a child's app access to 9+. But I want them to have access to Rhapsody, which has a rating of 12+. The only I've found to allow access to Rhapsody is to bump up (down?) the restrictions to 12+, but then it gives them access to a bunch of stuff I'd rather restrict.
