Can't Change Setting in Restrictions...

I am using an iPhone 6 & an iPad Mini ...

and the problem for me is that from the day I upgraded my iOS to 8.4..

Basically at the launch of Apple Music I signed up for trial and then I figured out that I cannot access any explicit songs so I asked a question and the officials replied me to check setting under restriction

Settings>General>Restrictions>Enable Restrictions> Music, Podcast and iTunes U > Explicit

but I cannot access these setting. As shown in image Please Help!!

PLease Help !!
