How do I recover audiobooks on an iPhone?

i Bought audiobooks on my iTunes account on my computer and downloaded then to my iPod. When I got my iPhone, none of my audiobooks were uploaded to my phone and it says that I haven't purchased any books to download.

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4

Audiobooks (and tones) are a one-time only download. If you have them on your iPod then connect it to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your computer and you can then sync them to your phone.
