can not control my mouse

The mouth is all over the screen, can not control it and the screen keeps changing on me. Is this a virus?

The Mac uses an all devices active philosophy with pointing devices and keyboard. If you have another device plugged in, it is by definition active and providing input, even if your hand is not on it.

If you are using only the built-in trackpad, you should make an appointment at your local Apple store (the evaluation is FREE), and have them check for a swollen battery, which can put upward pressure on the trackpad and cause it to do wonky things.
