There is no longer an option for Match anywhere in the iPhone, and iTunes doesn't do anything when I try to add my computer through the iTunes store. I'm having a lot of trouble with my library right now. Maybe it's due to the update today and still needs bugs worked out?
Additionally, if I click "Already a member" in either iTunes or on my iPhone nothing happens.

The fine print at the bottom of the Music web page says that Music and Match are separate and complementary. I can't run iTunes 12 or even Match so I can't test your observations.
Once you turn iCloud Music Library on, the iTunes Match interface is basically hidden. This article provides as good an explanation as I've seen:
